When I chose the name for our first body butter lotion, Grounded, it wasn't a last-minute decision. I put a lot of thought into it. I wanted something that reminded me to keep my feet on the ground, while I plan for the future. That includes my care, and yours. We deserve the best versions of ourselves, so stay grounded. It just means to be realistic in your expectations, advocate for the care you want and need, and don't let the dark days win.
